Jarvis Digital Group Pty Ltd (“JDG”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates directory websites that connect businesses and consumers.

2 Use of our websites

You may browse and submit directory listings in accordance with these terms.
You must not upload offensive, infringing or unlawful content.
We may edit or remove content that breaches these rules or our policies.

3 Listings and content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings.
Listings may include user-submitted text and images which we moderate at our discretion.
“Featured” or “Sponsor” tags indicate paid placements.

4 Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the Stripe Customer Portal.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.

5 Liability

We provide our websites and services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDG is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of our sites or information posted by third parties.
We are not a party to transactions between businesses and their customers.

6 Intellectual property

All site design, content, and software remain the property of Jarvis Digital Group Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted.

7 Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
